I work at Queen's Medical
Centre where I am employed by
Nottingham University in the Division of Clinical and Molecular Immunology
as a Medical School Technician
. I am originally from Sheffield in the United Kingdom, a city
once famous for its steel industry and its part in the Industrial
Revolution. I came to Nottingham in 1989 to study my
undergraduate degree, a BSc(Hons) Combined Studies in Science
(Biology/Computing) at The Nottingham Trent University. On completion of that degree I decided to
stay in Nottingham. I undertook a postgraduate degree, an MSc
in Biomedical Science (Clinical Immunology), also at NTU. I am
currently living with my girlfriend, Carolyne. I have never been married and have no children.
