Thrust is a Science Fiction miniatures wargame created by
Jon Tuffley of
Ground Zero Games.
This site contains the Homepage of the
NAC Fifth Fleet, its history and fleet composition. There
is additional focus on the Fifth Fleet 23rd Raider Group (RadGru23),
and the warship RNS Connestoga.
Power Projection is an evolving narrative
campaign based primarily around the NAC Fifth Fleet.
I was first introduced to Full Thrust at EuroGencon 1997
and was hooked after about ten minutes. It was a year later
when I decided to invest in Full Thrust, More Thrust, and
Fleet Book: Volume 1. I finally purchased my first FT miniatures
(New Anglian Confederation), yet another year later. Since
having purchased Fleet Book 2: The Xeno Files in 2000, I have
also built a fleet of Kra'Vak and Phalon miniatures.
In April 2000, I teamed up with Charles
Taylor to organise a series of Full Thrust tournaments
for Gencon UK 2000. With the help of Eurolog and Jon Tuffley
(who kindly donated prizes), the idea became a reality and
the event was deemed to be successful.
Nottingham Full Thrust Team sometimes appear at a number of events
in the convention calender. Pop along and say "Hi!"
